Explore the history and culture of this dynamic Central European nation through courses taught in English at CIEE Prague, as well as at CIEE Prague partner schools, including Charles University and Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU). Choose from a wide array of courses in business, politics, science, history, media and communications, psychology, mathematics, economics, art, religion and literature that are complemented with co-curricular activities to enhance classroom learning and provide intercultural understanding.

Activities

  • Take part in CIEE-organized excursions to learn more about the Czech Republic and Central Europe.

Volunteering and Internship Opportunities

Volunteer your time and skills helping teach English at local schools and pre-schools, assisting with projects at local NGOs, writing for a local blog, and more.

Gain international experience with valuable internships, working 8-10 hours per week. Following an interview, students are selected by internship providers. The internship includes a related seminar (15 hours of class time) and attendance at meetings and other events with program staff. Opportunities include internships at vibrant start-ups, advertising agencies, media outlets, think tanks, and other organizations. Don‘t miss the opportunity to boost your resume while studying abroad!
