PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
  • Explore the stunning UCC campus, located on 42 acres of wooded grounds on the banks of the River Lee.
  • Attending UCC brings the advantage of accessing an extensive catalog of classes each semester- make the most of your university experience by making steady progress toward your degree requirements while also living deep in the heart of Ireland!
  • Receive support throughout your stay in Cork, including an orientation to Irish life, organized excursions to nearby cities, and connection with local students through the UCC Peer Support Leader program.
  • Access over 100 active societies and 50 different sports clubs, including areas of interest such as academics, volunteering, gaming/role-playing, politics, religion, watersports, and martial arts, just to name a few.

LIFE ABROAD
A traditional college town, Cork is known for its nightlife, restaurants, and music scene. Spend your free time strolling along the River Lee, popping into markets, dropping into a pub for traditional Irish music, exploring historic castles and cathedrals, or kayaking through the city center. Nearby, you can tour Blarney Castle (and the famous Blarney Stone), the historic port of Kinsale, and miles of coastline.

What We Love About UCC
We love that when students arrive they get to experience two weeks of exciting activities such as walking tours of the city, cinema nights, table quizzes, and Irish music and dance experiences.
